Without the written permission, of Wholesales or its trade mark owner, anything on Wholesalesnaija should not be explained as anyone is granted with permission by connivance or other manners or justified to use any trademarks shown on us website.

Your Account

If you decide to use our website, you are responsible for keeping secret of your account information and password and restricting the entry to your computer and you also approve to respond all the activities with your account and password. Wholesalesnaija don’t sell products to children.

If you still do not reach the age of 18, you are justified to decide by yourself to refuse services, close account, delete or edit content and cancel order on shophairextensions and its affiliated companies only when you’re under the supervision of your parents or guardians and within the scope of relevant international laws.

You also ward Wholesalesnaija and its affiliated companies and relicensed person the rights to use the name 

you provided along with these content, if they choose to do that. You declare and assure that you have the 

rights to control the posted content in other manner, its content is accurate, you declare and assure that you will compensate for

the damage to Wholesalesnaija and its affiliated companies brought by the content you provide.

Wholesalesnaija have rights (but not obligation) to censor and edit or delete any activities or content. 

We are not responsible for the submission of messages from you or any third parties.

Return/Refund Policy

We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. Whenever a dispute comes up, we are willing to handle it properly with you.

Here are the situations that may cause disputes

Item not received:

Delivery on the way:

1.Parcel seized by customs:

    It is buyer’s duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .

2.Status of shipment stagnated for a long time:

    If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local DHL to check it for you, at the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.

Unsuccessful delivery

1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of wrong address offered by buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused.

2.If the parcel is sent to a wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you.Item not as described:

You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within a day if you are not satisfied with the item.

Return/refund for no reasons

If you want to return an item without any quality problem for exchange within 1 day once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number entitled:weavesandwigsoutletcare@yahoo.com . We will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and the price difference.

If you want to return an item without any quality problem for refund within 1 day once it is received, please send an email to this email address with your order number entitled:

weavesandwigsoutletcare@yahoo.com. We will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your account.

Return/refund for quality problem

Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong colour, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email.We will consider the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.

Kindly reminder:

1.All the items are not returnable any more after a day.

2.Please keep the item in original condition if you want to return it, items that has been used

or washed is not returnable any more.

3.Please do not return the parcel before you get our permission or we are not responsible for any loss 


4.please write your order number on a paper and pack the paper together with the item, so that we can 

easily find your order in our system once we receive the parcel.

Order Cancelling:

Please note, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders can't be cancelled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the hair extension. 

Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair colour or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the colour will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed.

Please be forewarned, if you are dissatisfied with the colour or texture, we will exchange your purchase one time only. You may request a prepaid label to send back your hair and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand. If you are still dissatisfied with the colour or texture of your purchase, any future exchanges must be done at your expense.

No Refunds will be permitted.

For our COLLECTION, if the product has been returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase, unused and in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. Once the hair has been installed, due to the nature of the product and possibility of incorrect installation the Product Defect Exchange Policy is not applicable.

For BULK HAIR, if the product has been returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase, unused and in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. Once Bulk Hair has been installed, due to the nature of the product and possibility of incorrect installation which could result in the hair being inverted, the Product Defective Exchange Policy is not applicable.

There are no returns or exchanges permitted.

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully.  Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without cancelling your order. If your order is cancelled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order 

information is accurate.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted fully of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.

Order Processing

Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.

Product Availability

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfil your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable. you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

Return policy

At Wholesalesnaija Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary 

focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. No refunds will be permitted. If an incorrect product was sent to you we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it back we will send an immediate replacement.

Note that perming, colouring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy. If Wholesalesnaija verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Wholesalesnaija will then exchange or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. Wholesalesnaija will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if ground shipping is selected. Otherwise the customer will receive a fee towards another shipping option. If Wholesalesnaija does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the client at our expense (via ground) without an exchange of product.


From time to time, Wholesalesnaija Hair, at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions: 

We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict 

policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, colouring or rinsing, lifting, cutting the hair off the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

Merchandise must be in its original condition. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties will be returned to the client without an exchange of product.

Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.You must send the product back to us to process the exchange. To process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back using our preaddressed labels. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value. If its greater, the customer must add money.

Note: If requesting for repair or exchange or cancel your order, you shall firstly contact us by service email: weavesandwigsoutlet@yahoo.com. We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned hair extension without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.
